3. Service Packages

We offer three service packages:

• Small Project ($500): For landing pages and simple web apps
• Medium Project ($1,500): For full-featured web applications
• Large Project ($5,000): For complex platforms and enterprise solutions

The scope of work for each package will be defined and agreed upon before project commencement.

4. Project Timeline

We aim to complete small and medium projects within 1 week of project start. The actual timeline may vary based on project complexity, client responsiveness, and scope changes. We will communicate any expected delays promptly.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment is required before project work begins
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
• We accept payment through our designated payment processors
• Additional work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately

6. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with our services. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Before work begins: Full refund available
• During project: Partial refund may be available based on work completed
• After project completion: No refunds, but we offer revision support

7. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide timely access to your Lovable.dev project and any necessary credentials
• Respond to questions and requests for clarification within a reasonable timeframe
• Provide accurate project requirements and specifications

• Ensure you have the rights to all content and materials provided to us

8. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all rights to your original content, designs, and intellectual property. By providing materials to us, you grant us a license to use them solely for the purpose of completing your project.

Deliverables: Upon full payment, you own the deliverables created specifically for your project. We may retain the right to use non-confidential aspects of the work in our portfolio.

9. Confidentiality

We will keep your project details, business information, and any proprietary information confidential. We will not share your information with third parties except as necessary to complete the project or as required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lovable Launchers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to our services.

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for those services.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that your project will achieve specific results, traffic, or revenue.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lovable Launchers and its team from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you will be responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. We will provide you with any deliverables completed at that time.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
